Replacement & Return Policy

We are pleased to assist you with returns and exchanges as follows:

  • Contact Danube website/app customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange or return.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval and returned to the same credit/debit card in the purchase currency. The time to receive funds depends on your bank.
  • All exchange/refund requests are subject to verification by our customer service team.

Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items:

  • Underwear, shaving machines and equipment.
  • Perishable items (fresh/frozen), e.g., fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, fresh cheese, frozen foods, bakery items, fish.

Food items not consumed: May be replaced within 48 hours of purchase if unused/unconsumed.

Electronics & home appliances:

  • May be returned or exchanged within 7 days from delivery, provided the product is complete and in its original condition. Returns are not accepted after this period.
  • Electronics such as mobile phones, computers, and accessories cannot be returned/exchanged if the original packaging has been opened, the item has been powered on/used or has been damaged.
  • Products under warranty are referred directly to the brand’s agent/supplier. For inquiries, please contact customer service.

Housewares: May be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
